This is an exciting opportunity for a Lineworker on a Permanent Full-Time Basis at our Jurien Bay Depot.
Jurien Bay is located along the beautiful Coral Coast in Western Australia, only a short 2.5 hour drive North from Perth. With Wildflower meadows ablaze with colour, ancient rock formations and sweeping stretches of powder-white sand, when you are not working you can be swimming, snorkelling, fishing, hiking, the list goes on….. As well as all this Jurien Bay offers a great options for the family, young and old!

Your Role in Action
- Construct and maintain in a team environment the transmission and/or distribution electricity network to maintain the integrity of the network in a safe, reliable and affordable manner to ensure an uninterrupted supply to customers and within all applicable guidelines and regulations.
- Rectifying faults promptly and isolate the network for repairs to maintain the integrity of the network and minimise customer impact.
- Execute programmed construction and maintenance work to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable operation of the network.
- Construct network infrastructure according to design specifications and construction standards. Deal with day-to-day technical issues that can arise, on site, relating to design and construction issues
- Available for an on-call roster 1 week in every 4 weeks
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Certificate III in ESI – Power System Distribution Overhead – essential
- Valid WA ‘HR’ Class Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated industry experience in the construction and maintenance of the distribution electricity network
- HOU and LOU Switching is highly regarded but not essential
