Operations Delivery Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Delivery Coordinator on a 12 month Max Term Contract, there is flexibility available to the right candidate to be based at either Katanning, Kondinin or Narrogin Depot.
As the Operations Delivery Coordinator you will support all operational activities and Operational work teams.
The position will also assist to prepare rosters, estimates and work plans as required by the team leader, field supervisors and operational teams.
Your Role in Action
Support the work of the Team Leader, Field Supervisors and front-line employees in the planning required to deliver the approved work plan
- Support the Depot to make changes and adjustments to the approved work plan and facilitate the changes
- Provide specialist support and co-ordination support to the Field Supervisors in planning the work schedules
- Review of systems and processes for continuous improvement opportunities
- Efficient use of resources and equipment, assist with scheduling and preparation of reports for the operational team
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Completed Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics subjects with preferably scheduling experience
- At least 4+ years demonstrable, effective administrative, organisational, prioritising, planning and coordinating skills with strong experience in scheduling across multiple teams preferred
- Project Coordination Experience
- Strong planning experience to consider the most effective use of resources
- Strong understanding of operations procedures and activities.
- Experience with MS Office suite - preferably intermediate expertise in Microsoft applications inclusive of Microsoft Projects
- Strong customer focus, stakeholder management, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with using corporate IT systems such as Ellipse or SAP
