We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager at Perth Head Office, on permanent full-time basis.


About this role

 

As a Project Manager you will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring that these are delivered to agreed criteria, with commercially competitive standards for safety, cost, timeliness, quality, and scope and customer satisfaction consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals.

This position will manage and deliver primarily large-scale complex / high value / high visibility and reputational impact / multi stream projects with a project duration of one or more years that provide cost effective solutions in line with customer and stakeholder requirements and expectations.


About you

 

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

  • Industry accreditation in Project Management, either PMBOK®, Prince2™ or MSP™
  • Broad and extensive knowledge and worked as a Project Manager for a minimum of 8 + years with demonstrated experience, in IT and/or business change/transformation environments.
  • Working knowledge of contemporary, industry standard project management methodology such as PMBoK or Prince2.
  • A successful record of delivering complex, large value, high risk projects within a constrained timeframe.
  • Detailed working knowledge of Project Management methods, tools and systems.
  • Sound understanding of resource planning across multiple projects and team;
  • High level of business acumen including strategic planning, finance and leadership skills.
  • Capable of interacting with resources and managers of all levels in a professional manner
  • Experience in a Project Management role where managing teams has been required
