This is a full-time permanent role located at Forrestfield Metering Centre.


About the Role:


This role is accountable for the accurate and timely collection of all manually read meter readings (cycle and off-cycle), and the uploading of those readings into the metering database. Also accountable for the provision of de-energisation and re-energisation services requested by retailers. Both services to be performed in line with WA Electricity Market obligations, Western Power policies and procedures and service level agreements with retailers.


About you:


The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following:


  • 5 + years’ experience in supervising or managing field employees.
  • Detailed working knowledge of the techniques and systems associated with effective coordination and management of field services
  • Proven contract management skills
  • Proven ability to successfully manage health, safety and environmental issues
  • Strong leadership, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (or progress towards) in management / business

Salary: ASU EA Level 7.1P - $113,896 + 11% superannuation.
