Conditions:

 

This is a full-time twelve (12) month maximum term position with the possibility of extending for a further twelve (12) months, located at our Perth Head Office.

 

About the Role:

 

This role is accountable for the end to end management of customer’s asset relocation requirements and complex Work in the Vicinity of Western Power assets. This includes customer engagement, contract negotiation and developing and managing the ongoing commercial and business relationship required for the right customer experience.

 

The incumbent will Identify and successfully execute new unregulated revenue opportunities within the customer portfolio.  This work arises due to large customer, government or government and community development projects.

 

About you:

 

The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following:

 

  • Advanced influencing, communication and interpersonal skills coupled with previous Account Management experience.
  • A comprehensive and broad understanding of risk, commercial and compliance management, coupled 
  • Consultative selling within a sophisticated customer portfolio
  • Demonstrable experience in contract and financial management / negotiations
  • Ability to make objective and well thought out decisions / recommendations when dealing with competing demands
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships at a senior level
  • Ability to appropriately challenge the status quo
  • Solid and proven experience in the Customer Service industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in a commercial or business discipline
