Senior Performance Reporting Specialist – Perth CBD – Permanent Full-Time  

Join Western Power's Project Management Office (PMO) and play a key role in supporting strategic investment and portfolio decision-making across the business. In this role, you will provide expert performance reporting, governance and analytical support, delivering meaningful insights that improve portfolio performance, strengthen investment reporting, and support executive decision-making.

Your Role in Action

Act as a trusted PMO specialist, providing portfolio-level reporting, governance and performance insights that support informed decision-making across Western Power's investment portfolio.

• Lead the collection, analysis and reporting of project, program and portfolio performance data, delivering accurate and meaningful insights to support senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Establish and continuously improve reporting frameworks, governance processes and data management practices that strengthen investment performance visibility and decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify risks, opportunities and performance trends, providing recommendations that drive improved portfolio outcomes.
• Develop high-quality reports, presentations and dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable information for a broad range of audiences.
• Support the adoption of best-practice PMO systems, processes and governance frameworks while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio management function.

What Makes You a Great Fit 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Sciences or Engineering disciplines
• Extensive experience in portfolio, program or project performance reporting, governance, analytics or PMO environments within a large and complex organisation.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability, with experience managing complex data, identifying trends and delivering insights that support business performance and investment decisions.
• Advanced skills in reporting and presentation tools, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical or business intelligence platforms.
• Exceptional written, verbal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and influence outcomes across all levels of the business.
• A proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively across teams and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
