Are you a proactive, people-focused individual looking to make a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Head of Human Resources on a permanent full-time basis.
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our team, delivering a diverse range of administrative and office support services that keep everything running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Your Role in Action
- Provide exceptional support to the HR Team with a range of activities.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members.
- Create and manage documents in established systems
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments and meetings.
- Organise travel arrangements for the HR team.
- Raise purchase orders, reconcile accounts and budgets.
- Purchase stationery, goods, and equipment.
- Assist with various projects including keeping our HR Teams channels up to date, finding innovative ways to communicate across the team and ways to celebrate our wins!

What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re seeking someone from within our workforce with experience and attributes that include:
- Demonstrated and extensive general administration experience.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of office management.
- Advanced experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Teams, Planner, Sharepoint and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of administrative functions and office practices in fast paced environments.
- Able to deliver high quality, professional, customer focused administrative services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience working in the human resources area is desirable.
