Administrative Assistant

Are you a proactive, people-focused individual looking to make a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Head of Property & Fleet on a permanent full-time basis.

 

In this role, you’ll be an important member of our team, delivering a diverse range of administrative and office support services that assist the overall operations of the Property and Fleet Function.  You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

 

Your Role in Action  

 

Provide exceptional support to the Head of Property and Fleet and Senior Leaders within the Property & Fleet Function with a range of activities including:

 

  • Provision of general administrative support
  • Assist in preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Organise travel arrangements for the Head of Property & Fleet and wider team
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Document creation and management in established systems.
  • Purchase of stationary, goods and equipment
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of senior managers
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with communication across the Function

What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

We’re seeking someone from within our workforce with experience and attributes that include:

 

  • Demonstrated and extensive general administration experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of office management
  • Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of administrative functions and office practices
  • Able to deliver high quality, professional, customer focused administrative services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
