Western Power is seeking two highly organised and skilled Administrative Assistants to join our team, each partnering a Head of Function in Energy, Transition & Sustainability. These roles are critical to the smooth and efficient operation of the team, supporting managers and contributing to the delivery of business objectives.

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Provide timely diary management support to their Head of Function to support their delivery of business objectives.
  • Appropriately plan and organise meetings and functions to support achievement of objectives.
  • Support projects through research, records management, stakeholder coordination, and preparing presentations and reports.
  • Monitor essential operational details - such as stationery supplies, IT equipment, and archiving processes - to ensure the seamless execution of broader organisational activities.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations, and cost codes.
  • Build strong working relationships and deliver excellent customer service across the business.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to help the team work more efficiently.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • Experience in general administration, with knowledge of core office management practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support the team effectively.
  • Able to deliver high-quality, professional, and customer-focused administrative services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Approachable, positive, and solutions-focused.
  • Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
