Administrative Assistant - Permanent - Perth

 

 

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this permanent full-time role, you'll be a trusted partner, bringing a solutions-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the function and leadership team, ensuring administrative processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and confidentially.

 

From diary and travel coordination to stakeholder support, document management, purchasing and project administration, you'll anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and help create a seamless experience for those you support.

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Act as a trusted and highly organised support partner, delivering confidential, accurate and proactive administrative support to the leadership team and wider function.
  • Anticipate priorities, manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure leaders are equipped to achieve business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, collaborating with key stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Take ownership of travel, purchasing, invoicing, reconciliations and general office coordination, applying a solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Support projects and business initiatives through research, document management, reporting, presentations and stakeholder coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems, ensuring information is managed with integrity, compliance and discretion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, solve problems proactively and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exercise sound judgement, and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
