Administrative Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive Administrative Coordinator to step into a fixed-term role within our Safety team, someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and making a real impact. You’ll play a key role in delivering efficient project and administrative support, contributing through insightful reporting, careful coordination, and trusted handling of confidential information.
Your Role in Action
- Provide reliable day-to-day administrative and coordination support to keep the Safety team running effectively, including handling confidential information with discretion
- Manage and maintain document systems (including EDM), coordinate meetings and consultations, and produce accurate, clear meeting minutes
- Prepare presentations, reports, and workshop materials that support informed decision-making and team delivery
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across the business to support collaboration and efficient outcomes
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Manage competing priorities in a changing environment, adapting quickly to business and customer needs
- Take accountability for delivering tasks, reports, and outcomes on time and to a high standard; identify and escalate issues where required
- Support process improvement initiatives and assist with invoicing, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role with a strong customer focus and an understanding of how teams operate effectively
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
- Well-developed organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to prepare and format reports and documentation to a high standard
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and confidence working with digital systems and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment
