Billing Analyst

We’re on the hunt for a Billing Analyst to lead our team in transforming data processes and elevating billing accuracy! Join the team and become our go-to expert for data quality, analytics, and innovative solutions.

 

This role is for on an a permanent full-time based at our Perth head office. 

 

Your Role in Action

 

  • Forecast with Precision: Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts that influence pricing, planning, and budgeting decisions.
  • Ensure Billing Accuracy: Oversee invoicing processes to prevent billing errors and protect our reputation. Help develop and deliver educational programs on compliance.
  • Innovate for the Future: Create and implement new procedures to ensure compliance, addressing both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Manage Data & Reporting: Conduct data management, analysis, forecasting, and modelling. Resolve data issues and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Act as the key liaison between Finance, Metering, and other business units, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
  • Enhance Policies & Processes: Review, update, and streamline policies, guidelines, and procedures. Improve billing practices and support timely credit/debt management.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit?

 

  • An experienced professional with at sound professional experience in business analysis, with advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven success in implementing business process improvements.
  • Strong experience with the use of data modelling techniques to provide accurate, reliable forecast and analysis to support business planning and decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with solid experience in delivering accurate, timely and relevant corporate and enterprise reporting.
  • Sound financial acumen with ability to analyse complex data and translate these into business and financial impact.
  • Interaction with others is primarily concerned with influencing, developing, and motivating people and changing behaviour.
  • Experience with the system Hansen not essential but strongly desirable!
