Build your future with us as a Billing Officer in our Finance & Revenue Team. In this Fixed Term opportunity, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring we accurately calculate and collect regulated revenue, work that keeps Western Power moving and our market operating smoothly.

 

You’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to meet technical requirements and deliver timely, reliable outcomes. Your Role in Action

 

  • Play a key role in powering the accurate billing and settlement of WA’s retail and wholesale electricity markets, ensuring confidence and integrity across the system.
  • Keep critical financial transactions flowing seamlessly for market participants and internal teams, supporting a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
  • Champion efficient, auditable, and cost-effective processes — continuously identifying opportunities to refine and strengthen the way we operate.
  • Deliver dependable, high-quality service with care and precision, while proactively seeking smarter, more streamlined ways of working.
  • Take ownership of essential daily operational and administrative activities that underpin smooth, uninterrupted market operations.
  • Meet deadlines with consistency and accountability, ensuring services are delivered accurately and on time, every time.
