You will work as a business change BA in a BAU environment—partnering with business and technical teams to design processes, clarify requirements, and ensure our foundational data practices are delivering value.
You will bring strong BA experience, comfortable leading workshops, guiding stakeholders, and shaping practical business processes that stick.
What You’ll Do
- Build and support practical data governance assurance checks, including controls, evidence and remediation.
- Design outcome‑focused metrics that show whether our data enablers and processes and solutions are delivering strategic value.
- Create clear requirements, business rules and process documentation that ensure solutions align with strategic and governance needs.
- Contribute to the ongoing refresh of our Data & Analytics strategy and governance frameworks.
- Translate data and risk concepts into clear BA artefacts such as process maps and definitions.
- Work with stakeholders to embed new processes and integrate changes across teams.
- Identify improvement opportunities, assess impacts, and support change through to implementation.
- Bring strong technical acumen, comfortable working in a Data & Analytics environment, supporting teams with tools, terminology and solution shaping.

- Proven experience in a Business Analyst or closely related role, delivering meaningful business outcomes.
- Advanced skills in business, systems, and data analysis—confident in process mapping and developing clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems and translate insights into practical solutions.
