Case Management Specialist

Location:

Perth Office - CBD, WA, Australia

10 Jul 2025

Chances are, you’ve seen our journey toward the Energy Transition. So, you’ll know by now we’re all about doing things differently! We know it’s our people who’ll drive us to where we need to be, so we want to make sure they get to come to work every day and feel safe, valued & respected.

Now, we’re building something new: a dedicated team of Case Management Specialists who are ready to step up and champion a culture where respect, dignity, and accountability aren’t just buzzwords - they’re in the fabric of how we work every day.

We’re looking for up to three Case Management specialists to manage the full journey of our workplace investigations - making sure every story is heard, every investigation is fair, and every outcome reflects genuine care and integrity.

Your Role in Action

  • Be a key voice in protecting what matters most - a culture built on respect, dignity, and accountability. When concerns are raised, you’ll be the person others trust to listen without judgment, ask the right questions, and help uncover the full picture.
  • You’ll lead workplace investigations that go beyond process - they create real clarity, restore trust, and support fair, thoughtful outcomes. You’ll engage with empathy, act with integrity, and ensure every person’s experience is heard and valued.
  • Advocate for employees and the organisation alike by delivering clear, honest reports that tell the full story and guide meaningful, just outcomes.
  • Own the full investigation journey - from the first report to interviews and evidence analysis, ensuring every step is fair, transparent, and trauma-informed.
  • Be a trusted ally, creating safe, supportive spaces where employees, including union and frontline staff, feel empowered to share their truth without fear.
  • Navigate complex conversations with empathy and clarity, keeping key stakeholders informed while fiercely safeguarding confidentiality and trust.
  • Maintain meticulous case files that hold up under legal and regulatory scrutiny, standing as a testament to thoroughness and fairness.

What Make You a Great Fit

  • You lead with emotional intelligence - you can hold space for people going through tough situations, deliver hard truths with care, and offer honest feedback to senior leaders — all while staying grounded and respectful. You get that empathy and accountability go hand in hand.
  • End-to-end? You’ve done it all.  Scoping, planning, interviewing, reporting - in environments where complexity, scale, and unions are part of the everyday.
  • You see what others might miss - you know that behind every complaint is a complex story. You’re skilled at navigating the grey areas, spotting inconsistencies, and staying steady and fair when emotions run high.
  • You know your way around employment law - whether it’s awards, enterprise agreements, or compliance frameworks, you don’t just understand them - you work with them confidently!
  • You think big picture - you’re not just here to close cases; you’re here to make things better. You spot trends, flag risks, and contribute to a healthier, more respectful culture.
  • Bonus points if you have worked in a large, unionised environment!
