We're on the lookout for a Case Management Team Leader to take the reins of our brand-new Workplace Investigations team.

Your Role in Action
- Ignite growth by mentoring and coaching a team of investigation pros - driving consistent, high-integrity outcomes that protect employee rights and champion Western Power’s values.
- Own the flow of workplace cases, smartly allocating work based on complexity and urgency, while guiding your team with expert insight from first intake to final resolution.
- Step up to the challenge by personally managing escalated, high-risk cases with a trauma-informed, fair, and compliance-driven mindset every step of the way.
- Keep investigations crystal clear by ensuring they align perfectly with the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements, safety regulations, and internal policies - building trust and defensibility at every turn.
- Hold the standard high for our external investigation partners, making sure their work matches our strict quality bar and is called in only when the situation truly demands it.
- Champion meticulous documentation that’s airtight and ready for any legal or regulatory spotlight.
- Turn data into action by delivering sharp insights and trend analysis that spotlight systemic issues, fuelling smart strategies to boost workplace culture, safety, and compliance.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Proven values-driven leader who loves mentoring investigators and building powerhouse teams -especially in fast-paced or high-stakes environments.
- Hands-on experience running and overseeing complex workplace investigations, bonus points for navigating unionised, safety-critical settings like a pro.
- Sharp as a tack on workplace laws (think Fair Work Act), enterprise agreements, and the art of procedural fairness.
- A relationship builder and communication champ who connects effortlessly with everyone.
- Top-notch communicator with a knack for crafting clear reports and confidently presenting findings to the big decision-makers.
- Equipped with trauma-informed investigation skills and training, bringing empathy and insight to every case.
- Relevant tertiary or diploma qualifications in HR or a related field.
