Commercial Coordinator
As our Commercial Coordinator, you'll drive value by enhancing safety, service, quality, and compliance while minimizing risk and costs. You'll support enterprise-wide contract management through effective governance and documentation. Support our business strategy by ensuring consistent contract management aligned with our Contract Lifecycle Management Framework (CLMF). You'll deliver contract administration services that meet commercial standards, focusing on timelines, quality, scope, and client satisfaction.
This new opportunity is on 2-year fixed-term basis.
Your Role in Action
- Manage low/medium-risk contracts to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Organize and maintain sourcing and contract documentation in corporate systems and e-procurement tools.
- Oversee contract filing and document management, ensuring adherence to record-keeping standards.
- Prepare and send contractual correspondence to suppliers (local, interstate, and overseas).
- Administer contract extensions and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Support enterprise risk management and assist with complex contract documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Sound experience in sourcing and contract management governance and documentation support services.
- Degree qualified in Procurement, Contract, Business, Finance or suitable industry experience.
- Working knowledge of general contract law principles and contract terms and conditions.
- Experience in establishing and managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of risk and compliance management in procurement and contract delivery.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Valid WA Driver’s License Class ‘C’ or ‘C-A’ is desirable.
