Communications Team Leader - 12-Month Maximum Term - Perth CBD
We’re looking for a dynamic Communications Team Leader for a 12-month fixed-term role to guide a passionate team of communications professionals. In this role, you’ll drive the development and delivery of impactful corporate and internal communications, foster employee engagement, and help build a strong culture of advocacy across the business.
Your Role in Action
- Lead and support a team of communications professionals through strong leadership, collaboration, and performance development.
- Oversee the planning and execution of communication initiatives, including leadership communications, employee engagement, and issues management.
- Provide strategic and operational advice on employee communications, advocacy, and embedding corporate reputation as a key business priority.
- Continuously improve communications tools and processes to enhance the impact and efficiency of corporate messaging.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to strengthen stakeholder engagement and support the achievement of business objectives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Proven experience in corporate and internal communications environment.
- A track record of successfully leading communications teams to deliver on strategic business objectives.
- Strong ability to develop and execute impactful content, communication strategies.
- Solid understanding of internal communication channels and tools, with experience engaging dispersed and operational workforces.
- Effective leadership capabilities, with the confidence to inspire, motivate, and positively influence others.
