Contract Specialist - Permanent Full Time / Perth CBD
We’re looking for a Contract Specialist to join our dynamic portfolio, specifically focusing on managing software contracts. This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of software agreements that drive innovation and growth within our ICT team.

Your Role in Action
- Ensure effective contract management by applying the Contract Management Framework consistently.
- Oversee the delivery of commercially sound, sustainable contracts and orders.
- Manage RFQs under established panel arrangements, as needed.
- Monitor financial performance to ensure services stay within contract spend approvals.
- Support complex negotiations and resolve conflicts to achieve favourable business outcomes.
- Prepare and distribute Contract Performance reports, including KPIs and delivery metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to sourcing initiatives, ensuring best value outcomes for the business.
- Develop and implement Contract Management Plans, ensuring compliance with the Contract Management Framework
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in contract management, project management, or service delivery roles, with proven expertise at this level.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Solid understanding of ICT contract management, including knowledge of information technology and current industry trends
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to apply commercial acumen to achieve business outcomes.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence and solve complex problems.
- Skilled in motivating and developing teams, with a focus on driving behavioral change and alignment with business objectives.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
