Customer and Partner Relationship Manager

 

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering strong partnerships? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to lead the management of successful customer and partner relationships at Western Power, through developing and implementing proactive relationship strategies, effective services and meaningful insights and relationship data.

 

This is a fantastic permanent full- time opportunity based at our Perth Office.

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Drive the development and execution of Western Power’s managed customer and partner relationship strategies to enable healthy relationships.
  • Manage the proactive engagement of managed customer and partners to support Western Power’s Corporate Strategy, meet business objectives and enhance reputation.
  • Oversee planned and unplanned outage coordination and escalation for managed customers and partners.
  • Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of commercial contracts within the account managed portfolio.
  • Ensure collaborative and consultative working partnerships within the Function and across the business, to deliver on the position’s purpose.
  • Manage the Customer & Partners Relationships team, building a high-performing, collaborative and inclusive team culture, developing talent and managing performance.
  • Manage the Customer & Partners Relationships area’s budget, planning, processes, and reporting.
  • Contribute to and support enterprise risk management, including meeting relevant legal and regulatory compliance obligations.

 

 What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

We are looking for an experienced professional with the following attributes:

 

  • Tertiary qualification in a Commerce, Marketing, or a Business discipline
  • Broad and deep knowledge within a Customer Service, Relationship or Account Management environment or related area
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer service strategies with specific knowledge of customer service principles and commercial practices.
  • Strong business acumen, comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong experience in people management and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build collaborative working partnerships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commercial approach to deliver contract and commercial solutions that support business strategies.
