  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance delivery efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and organisational capability, while optimising end-to-end delivery processes.
  • Partner closely with delivery and support teams to enable successful project execution, proactively monitoring performance, managing risks, resolving delivery challenges, and adapting to evolving business priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior delivery leaders and project teams to continuously refine and evolve fit-for-purpose, pragmatic frameworks that support successful and sustainable delivery outcomes.
  • Establish and lead governance, reporting, and performance management practices that provide meaningful insights, support informed decision-making, and drive accountability across the portfolio.
  • Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders, customers, vendors, and internal teams, creating a collaborative and consultative environment that enables alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams through coaching, technical leadership, and career development, while championing innovation, industry best practice, and emerging delivery approaches across project, program, and risk management disciplines.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience leading project, program, and Agile delivery within a technology or digital delivery environment, with a strong understanding of delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, providing technical leadership, coaching, and support to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management principles, governance, risk management, and the full project delivery lifecycle.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence outcomes, and navigate complex business environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a broad range of audiences.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and capability development, complemented by relevant industry certifications such as PRINCE2®, PMBOK®, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, Agile, or equivalent project management qualifications.
