E Procurement Specialist

We're looking for an E-Procurement Specialist who’s passionate about innovation and thrives on solving system challenges. Join our Commercial team and be the force behind smarter, faster, and more efficient procurement. Maximise system potential, cut costs, reduce risk and transform how we buy, support, and succeed.

 

Your Role in Action 

 

  • System Expertise & Innovation: Be the go-to expert for supply chain systems like Source-to-Contract (Portt/OneAdvanced) and SAP Ariba, ensuring seamless operations. Drive innovation by leading continuous improvement initiatives across e-procurement platforms and collaborating with IT to deliver smart, integrated solutions.
  • Process Optimisation & Automation:Streamline and automate procurement workflows, enhancing supplier accreditation, onboarding, and overall user experience. Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing process enhancements that deliver faster, smarter, and more compliant solutions.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Enablement: Empower others through impactful training and support for team members and suppliers on key systems and processes. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Data Management & Insights: Own the data by maintaining clean, accurate, and effective procurement information. Leverage data to provide insights, cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and supplier performance reporting.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • Proven experience in procurement environments, with a passion for procurement technologies to drive results.
  • Solid understanding of contract management systems, sourcing, and procure-to-pay and how they support business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with contractual frameworks, and how they shape smart decision-making.
  • A natural collaborator with strong communication and influencing skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Confident translating complex or technical information into clear, accessible language for all audiences.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, IT Systems or a related field.
