Employee Solutions Manager

Lead the evolution of our HR Service Centre into a modern, high-performing People Services Hub that delivers operational excellence, enables seamless employee experiences, and supports the broader people strategy of the business.

 

Working collaboratively across leaders, teams, and key stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen service delivery capability, and champion people-focused solutions that create meaningful and lasting organisational impact.

 

Overseeing both Talent & Development and the HR Solutions Centre, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping how people services are delivered across the organisation — balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence to ensure our people experience is efficient, connected, and future-focused.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, nurturing future leaders through targeted talent development and succession planning.
  • Shape strategic direction for employee experience programs and the HR Service Centre, ensuring alignment with the People Strategy and organisational priorities.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR Service Centre, delivering timely, accurate, and employee-focused support while driving efficiency and resolving escalations.
  • Champion transformation, evolving the HR Service Centre into a modern People Service Hub that enhances the employee experience.
  • Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement, inform strategic decision-making, and optimise the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance and mitigate risk, adhering to legislation, policies, and organisational standards.
  • Build strong partnerships across the business, collaborating with leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to co-create impactful programs.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, integrating DEI principles in programs, services, and employee engagement initiatives.

 

About You

You are a strategic and people-focused HR leader with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences. You bring:

 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within HR, with a strong focus on employee experience, people operations, or service delivery.
  • Proven success leading large-scale people programs and operational teams, delivering measurable organisational outcomes.
  • Experience managing or transforming HR service centres or shared services environments, with a focus on service excellence, efficiency, and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, organisational design, and service design principles.
  • The ability to translate strategy into practical, outcomes-focused solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
