Enterprise, Platforms & Infrastructure Manager

We’re looking for an Enterprise Platforms & Infrastructure Manager to lead the evolution of our IT landscape. Join us for this permanent opportunity and take charge of optimising our enterprise applications, managing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable operations. From cloud deployment and licensing to data centres and networks, you'll be at the heart of everything that keeps our technology running—and improving.

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Drive platform lifecycle management, guiding updates, patches, and configuration to maintain performance, security, and stability.
  • Oversee infrastructure health, including server deployments, upgrades, virus protection, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Take ownership of monitoring systems, ensuring reliable oversight of all infrastructure components that support vital technology services.
  • Equip your team with proactive tools and processes to detect irregularities, manage incidents effectively, and escalate issues before they impact service.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, including the commissioning and decommissioning of servers and storage environments.
  • Optimise our cloud platforms (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS) through effective deployment, licensing, monitoring, and database administration.
  • Protect and maintain network infrastructure and physical IT environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant access to systems and facilities.

What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • A broad and current understanding of information technology, infrastructure, and emerging industry trends.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework and ICT service management best practices.
  • Experience across the full systems development lifecycle, including testing methodologies and quality assurance.
  • Proven ability to lead Agile and DevOps teams in the successful delivery of infrastructure and platform solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in IT or a related field, with a strong track record in a similar senior role.
