Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Specialist: Permanent Full Time / Perth CBD Office

 

We are seeking a driven Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Specialist for a permanent, full-time role at our Perth CBD office, leading the end-to-end lifecycle of report development. This includes gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, conducting business and data analysis, designing data models, training users, and developing automated reports. You will also provide crucial analytical support by extracting insights from various data systems to assist stakeholders in making informed decisions. 

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Develop performance reports through data interrogation and analysis.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and facilitate workshops to capture stakeholder requirements.
  • Analyse data sets to generate insights, trends, and patterns for decision-making.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including requirements definitions and functional specifications.
  • Support a diverse range of stakeholders, from senior leadership to team members.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process automation and efficiency.

 

 What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Commerce, Business, or relevant discipline, or extensive demonstrable industry experience.
  • Proven ability in solving complex problems, uncovering improvement opportunities, and delivering insights, backed by strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Qlik Sense or other Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, along with strong SQL skills for data analysis.
  • Understanding of database structures, ETL frameworks, data quality principles, and reporting/data visualisation tools.
  • Excellent business acumen with strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to influence and engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Generative AI, machine learning, RPA, or decision modelling is highly regarded.
