Your Role in Action  

 

  • Deliver trusted, high-quality performance reports that leaders can rely on to make confident decisions.
  • Dive deep into data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities, turning insight into meaningful recommendations.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to design and deliver reporting solutions that are timely, accurate and fit for purpose.
  • Produce clear, actionable reports that support improved safety performance and operational compliance.
  • Maintain and evolve reporting tools and methodologies to ensure data remains reliable, efficient and impactful.
  • Investigate data integrity issues across systems and processes, recommending and escalating corrective actions where needed.
  • Reimagine how data is presented — introducing smarter, clearer and more compelling ways to tell the business story.
  • Champion continuous improvement by driving greater accuracy, automation and efficiency in reporting and analysis.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • Experience in an analytical role, with a genuine curiosity for understanding data and what it means for the business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities and clearly present insights to leaders.
  • Confidence working with data and reporting tools such as Qlik, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI (or similar business intelligence platforms). 
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy, quality and integrity.
  • Clear, collaborative communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset — always looking for better, smarter ways to work.
