The Global Mobility Specialist is a newly created role within our Talent Acquisition function, focused on strengthening how we attract, onboard, and support global talent.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering a seamless global mobility experience, supporting employees through international moves with confidence and care while ensuring the organisation remains compliant and future-ready. With real ownership and visibility, this role offers the opportunity to build capability, influence how mobility is delivered, and make a meaningful impact across the business.
Your role in action
- Deliver end-to-end global mobility and immigration support for new hires, relocations, and international assignments, creating a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Oversee Australian visa and immigration processes, including sponsorship requirements, ensuring obligations are met and risks are well managed.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to enable timely, coordinated onboarding for employees requiring mobility or visa support.
- Coordinate relocation activities such as travel, temporary accommodation, shipping, and settlement services through trusted external providers.
- Act as a central point of connection between internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor changes in immigration, taxation, and global mobility practices, supporting informed decision-making and organisational readiness.
- Contribute to the evolution of global mobility policies, processes, reporting, and data governance as the function continues to mature.
What makes you a great fit
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of Australian immigration legislation and visa sponsorship frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
