Portfolio Quality Analyst

We’re looking for a dynamic Portfolio Quality Analyst for a permanent opportunity in our Regulation & Investment Assurance team. Play a key part in strengthening our Investment Governance Framework—ensuring not just compliance, but continuous improvement that uplifts investment maturity. Your Role in Action
- Champion the continuous enhancement and application of our Investment Governance Framework to drive excellence.
- Build meaningful relationships across all levels of the business and become a trusted voice for best practice.
- Lead quality assurance activities including health checks, post-implementation reviews, and gate compliance assessments.
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting to investment stakeholders, helping shape smarter decision-making.
- Identify and manage actions to strengthen governance and investment management across the portfolio.
- Deliver clear, impactful reporting to Senior Management, the Board, and Investment Review Committee.
- Empower teams through education on regulatory compliance systems, tools, and frameworks.
- Support the adoption of investment tools and regulatory reviews that keep us ahead of the curve.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in business analysis and/or auditing, with a keen eye for detail and improvement opportunities.
- A strong focus on delivering outcomes that truly meet customer needs.
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholders in a cross-functional, complex project and portfolio environment.
- Solid experience supporting project and portfolio management processes and initiatives.
- A knack for analysing processes and translating them into clear, actionable business requirements.
- A relevant degree in commerce, business administration, project management, or equivalent qualification.
