Your Role in Action

Manage a large budget GIS modernisation program over two years, through planning, design, and delivery into production

Engage with senior stakeholders, including executive and board steering committees, ensuring alignment and strategic direction throughout the program.

Oversee the commercial RFP process, selecting the right vendor partners to deliver on the vision

Establish robust internal governance structures to ensure regulatory and legal compliance throughout procurement and delivery
-
Coordinate and manage the program and related projects to completion, meeting deadlines, budget, and quality standards while exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Act as the change agent, clearly communicating the rationale for transformation across all levels of the organisation.

Proactively manage risks, ensuring smooth negotiation and delivery of complex programs and projects with minimal disruption.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Extensive experience in senior program and project management roles with demonstrated successful delivery of complex technology systems

Expertise in governance structures, ensuring strong oversight and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

Track record of delivering successful programs within tight timeframes, navigating complex environments with ease.

Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including with the C-suite.

Proven ability to lead and build teams, managing large-scale, complex programs and projects to successful outcomes

Experience in complex implementations of Esri GIS software into large organisations preferred
