  • Own programs end-to-end, from inception to realisation, design and refine processes, set performance standards, track progress, and ensure program goals are achieved effectively.
  • Drive execution and delivery, monitoring projects closely, manage risks and issues, oversee budgets and resources, and accelerate progress to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Enable change and alignment through clear communication, proactive stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness so programs are embraced and succeed.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaboration, building a positive, consultative working environment through open dialogue and effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven Program Management experience with hands on experience leading a PMO and driving measurable outcomes across strategic programs and transformation initiatives.
  • Track record in delivering complex programs, skilled in managing large scale projects to successful completion.
  • Influential & proactive – able to build strong relationships & inspire collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills to consult, present & influence decision-makers with clarity & credibility.
