Project & Administrative Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project & Administrative Coordinator to join our fun, dynamic team in Perth CBD. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support and facilitating the successful delivery of various projects at Western Power. This is a 6-month position with potential to extend.
Your Role in Action
- Provide effective, efficient, and timely administrative support.
- Prepare relevant documentation to ensure relevant stakeholder(s) has the appropriate information to conduct the role in an effective and efficient manner.
- Support activities, schedule key actions, proactively follow up, and manage timeframes to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate the administration of any financial responsibilities for the leadership group as required.
- Listen effectively and work collaboratively while maintaining appropriate, effective and constructive interactions between key internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate personal behaviours in line with business values, codes, standards and expectations.
- Managing self and owning delivery on key business improvement and process initiative.
- Ability to plan and execute end to end events for the team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Completed Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics and / or at least 2 to 3 year’s demonstrated general administration experience.
- Relationship management skills, professionalism and respect for process and deadlines.
- A strong proven personal effectiveness with business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and formatting to a high level.
- Computer literate: MS Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and ability to act on own initiative.
- Valid WA Driver’s License Class ‘C’ or ‘C-A’
