Property & Security Solutions Manager - Permanent Full Time / Perth CBD Office
We're on the lookout for a Property & Security Solutions Manager to join our Property & Fleet team in a brand-new role. You'll take the helm of a talented team of property professionals, driving the development of business plans, and shaping the design, planning, and delivery of property and security solutions. You’ll work alongside Senior Leadership, helping to steer property and security strategies that support and enhance our organisation’s wider goals.
Your Role in Action
- Lead and empower a team of over 30 property professionals, helping to inspire and grow your team through meaningful development.
- Plan, design and deliver major property, workplace, and security capital projects that shape how our people work and thrive
- Develop business plans, aligning property and security priorities with budgets and delivery goals.
- Oversee development of strong business cases to secure capital funding and investment in property and security initiatives.
- Oversee project delivery within governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, quality, and impact.
- Prepare and manage the property and security capital works budgets, providing clear reporting and accountability for major initiatives.
- Oversee property acquisitions and leasing transactions to meet evolving business needs and growth.
- Build trusted partnerships across the business to deliver fit-for-purpose, people-first property and security solutions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong values-based leadership with a focus on empowering large teams with a focus on property
- Proven experience in property, construction, or a related field, with exposure to a variety of industry practices.
- Strong understanding of regulations, compliance requirements and safety standards
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align decisions with broader business goals.
- In-depth understanding of project management principles and their practical application.
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, and managing a portfolio of complex projects.
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management to drive value and successful outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related discipline.
