We’re growing our Technology team and need a Senior Business Analyst who thrives on influence and insight. You’ll champion best-in-class business analysis, provide clear, pragmatic advice, and help to build a continuous pipeline of projects/products focused on values/benefits.

Your Role in Action

  • Partner closely with Program and Project Managers throughout the full delivery lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams and external providers to drive success
  • Lead the delivery of the Business Case CoE, providing guidance and oversight, including directly developing, reviewing, and authoring business cases.
  • Provide expert technical and business process guidance, helping teams navigate complex issues and deliver practical, effective solutions
  • Shape high-quality business, functional and non-functional requirements that translate into solutions with measurable impact on profitability, performance and outcomes
  • Explore possibilities and challenge the status quo—identifying alternative solutions, assessing optionality and feasibility and helping stakeholders prioritise what matters most
  • Lead the application of industry-standard analysis techniques to uncover real client needs, from data flows and use cases to workflows, modelling and functional decomposition
  • Build compelling business cases, bringing together options analysis, financial insights and risk considerations to support confident decision-making
  • Act as a trusted connector across the business, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, change impacts are managed and delivered solutions are truly fit for purpose
  • Define and document expected benefits and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate knowledge transfer and clarity on benefits realization across teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks impacting benefits realization and recommend adjustments or new initiatives. Gather feedback post-delivery and contribute to business cases for future projects based on operational insights.
  • Champion disciplined delivery by ensuring programs and projects consistently follow established project management methodologies

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, contributing to the successful delivery of complex initiatives in dynamic environments
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling business cases and high-quality formal documentation
  • Hands-on experience gathering and shaping business requirements, translating them into functional designs that support effective business cases
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to influencing outcomes and driving meaningful change
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Engineer, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
