We’re expanding our Technology team and are seeking a Technology-focused Senior Business Analyst who excels at strategic planning, influencing stakeholders, and providing actionable insights. In this role, you’ll champion best-in-class business analysis practices, offering clear and pragmatic advice while delivering measurable benefits through effective risk management and rigorous testing.

Additionally, you’ll partner with Program and Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and deliver tangible value. You’ll apply industry-standard analysis techniques to uncover stakeholder needs, strengthen documentation, and champion improvement opportunities. Through your technical and business process guidance, you’ll help the team navigate complex issues, drive continuous improvement, and elevate the maturity of our platform processes to support the organisation’s growth and success.

Your Role in Action

  • Act as a trusted connector across the business, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, change impacts are managed and delivered solutions are truly fit for purpose
  • Partner closely with Architects, Program and Project Managers throughout the full delivery lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams and external providers to drive success
  • Provide expert technical and business process guidance, helping teams navigate complex issues and deliver practical, effective solutions

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Demonstrable technology passion and knowledge in modern operating models leveraging public and private cloud, networking, cyber security, Identity, firewalls, switching, virtualisation, containerisation and storage.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, contributing to the successful delivery of complex initiatives in dynamic environments
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling business cases and high-quality formal documentation
  • Hands-on experience gathering and shaping business requirements, translating them into functional designs that support effective business processes
