Senior Business Process Consultant - Permanent Full Time / Perth CBD Office

 

We’re seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead the optimisation, standardisation, and future-proofing of key business processes across the organisation. In this role, you’ll work across multiple functions to identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements that support our strategic goals.

 

You’ll lead end-to-end process reviews, from evaluation to implementation, ensuring our workflows are efficient, compliant, and support our strategic goals. Your Role in Action        

                                                                                                             

  • Lead annual process audits and reviews to ensure business processes remain efficient and compliant
  • Design and implement future-state improvements and manage associated change
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and deliver sustainable outcomes
  • Provide coaching and support to ensure quality and  consistency across process work
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and leverage enabling technologies to drive innovation and improvement
  • Consult across the business on cross-functional changes that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships that support lasting process improvements

 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • 5+ years of experience in business process roles within regulated industries (e.g., energy, mining, infrastructure)
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Process Management, quality systems, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • A track record of successfully driving organisational or cultural change initiatives
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • A proactive and inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement and problem-solving
