We’re on the lookout for a Senior Finance Business Partner ready to step into a permanent role where influence meets insight. You’ll shape financial success by turning data into strategy, partnering with leaders to drive smart decisions, and uncovering opportunities for growth and efficiency.

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive strategic planning, scenario modelling, and real-time decision-making
  • Go beyond the numbers - dig into the why behind performance and help shape the what’s next with forward-thinking insight and critical analysis
  • Deliver sharp financial insights by interpreting trends, performance data, and external economic conditions
  • Shape long-term financial forecasts and budgets, weighing up complex scenarios and their business impacts
  • Turn management data into meaningful advice that aligns with business goals and market realities
  • Lead initiatives to fix root causes of reporting or data quality issues - no sticking-plaster solutions here
  • Identify and drive improvements in financial systems, standards, and processes for long-term impact
  • Champion smarter ways of working - boosting cost efficiency, productivity, and reporting automation

  • Proven experience in complex accounting, financial analysis, or management reporting within a commercial environment
