Senior Organisational Development Consultant

We’re seeking a Senior Organisational Development Consultant to design, implement and evaluate impactful development initiatives -bringing leadership, culture, capability and engagement to life through expert facilitation and insight-driven evaluation.

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Lead end-to-end development initiatives - from concept and design through to facilitation, implementation and evaluation -ensuring programs deliver measurable impact and lasting value.
  • Design, facilitate and embed evidence-based frameworks, programs and initiatives, partnering closely with the Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders to build leadership capability, strengthen culture and elevate engagement.
  • Provide trusted, best-practice advice and insight, drawing on contemporary OD approaches to influence decisions and shape high-quality people and development outcomes.
  • Operate with agility across strategic, tactical and operational levels, seamlessly balancing future-focused development initiatives with the enhancement of business-as-usual people systems and practices.
  • Project manage complex development programs end-to-end, working collaboratively with internal and external partners to de-risk delivery, meet timeframes, stay within budget and uphold quality—while continually evaluating effectiveness.
  • Champion effective change management, supporting leaders and teams through transition by facilitating readiness, capability uplift and sustainable adoption of future-state ways of working.
  • Identify and drive innovation, continuously evaluating development approaches and introducing smarter, more efficient methods, systems and tools in collaboration with the broader team and stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling content and clear implementation plans, setting priorities and managing competing demands while delivering high-quality facilitation and development outcomes within agreed frameworks.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

 

  • Demonstrated expertise in Organisational Development, with experience across culture, leadership and capability initiatives.
  • Proven delivery of enterprise-wide development programs within a People or HR environment, from design through facilitation and evaluation.
  • Strong change and stakeholder engagement experience, supporting organisation-wide transformation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, creating engaging learning experiences that drive real behaviour change.
  • Well-developed consulting and influencing capability, able to engage, motivate and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience using diagnostics and evaluation tools to provide insight, feedback and measurable development outcomes.
