Senior Organisational Development Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organisational Development Specialist to join our team in a permanent capacity. In this influential role, you will provide expert organisational development advice while leading the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions that drive business performance and workforce capability.

 

Drawing on your expertise across areas such as leadership development, behavioural change, developmental coaching, and cultural transformation, you will partner closely with stakeholders to understand organisational priorities, identify future needs, and implement impactful solutions that support both immediate objectives and long-term success.

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Lead the design, development, facilitation and continuous improvement of organisational development initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, employee experience and ways of working.
  • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement impactful programs across areas such as leadership development, behavioural change, developmental coaching and organisational culture.
  • Provide expert, contemporary organisational development advice, informed by industry best practice and emerging trends.
  • Operate confidently across strategic, tactical and operational priorities, driving initiatives while enhancing day-to-day people practices and systems.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from concept through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Support organisational change and transformation by applying effective change management approaches that enable successful adoption and sustainable results.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions, processes and frameworks that improve organisational effectiveness and deliver greater value for the business.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration, capability development and a high-performing, values-driven culture.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • Demonstrated experience in Organisational Development, with expertise across organisational culture, leadership and capability development, employee experience and workforce transformation.
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching and communication skills, with a passion for developing leaders, teams and organisational capability.
  • Proven success designing and delivering enterprise-wide OD initiatives that create meaningful business and people outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, internal consulting and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive change across diverse groups.
  • Experience leading and supporting change and transformation programs, applying contemporary development and adult learning approaches to achieve sustainable results.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline, with experience using data, insights and digital people tools to inform decision-making and measure impact.
