Join our Digital Products team as a Senior Project Manager, where you’ll lead our Works Management Modernisation initiative, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts within key Asset Operations functions, helping shape the future of our field mobility digital solutions. Your Role in Action   

 

  • Lead and deliver high-impact digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. 

  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and timely project updates and reports. 

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving accountability across internal teams and external suppliers. 

  • Take ownership of project financials, managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting across Capex and Opex. 

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, managing dependencies and proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track. 

  • Apply best-practice project methodologies while ensuring compliance with governance, standards, and regulatory frameworks. 

  • Maintain strong project governance, ensuring all documentation, quality assurance checks, and approvals meet required standards. 

  • Drive seamless transitions from project completion to business-as-usual, minimising disruption and maximising the delivery of long-term benefits. 

 

What Makes You a Great Fit  

 

  • Broad and extensive knowledge as a Project Manager with demonstrated experience in IT transformation environments. 

  • Working knowledge of contemporary, industry standard project management methodology such as PMBoK or Prince2, alongside Agile Methodologies. 

  • A successful record of delivering within complex delivery environments including software vendors and real world experience delivering via global system integrators. 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate with audiences of all levels.  

  • Detailed working knowledge of Project Management methods, tools and systems. 

  • Sound understanding of resource planning across multiple projects and team; 

  • High level of business acumen including strategic planning, finance and leadership skills.
