Senior Strategy Analyst - Permanent - Perth CBD Office

Your Role in Action
- Provide expert thought leadership on digital, technology, enterprise architecture, data, and cybersecurity, guiding the evolution of capabilities to support business needs during the energy transformation.
- Research market shifts (tech, customer demand, government policy) and use insights to inform decisions and inject external perspectives into company strategies.
- Lead workshops, create presentations for Senior Leadership, and drive clear communication, leveraging data to support key decisions.
- Develop long- and medium-term strategies for T&I services, aligning with corporate goals and collaborating with peers to ensure business-wide alignment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, addressing them as necessary.
- Implement robust information security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the organisation's data and systems.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Tertiary qualifications in a STEM field (e.g., Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technology strategy or design within a large, complex organisation or management consulting firm.
- Proven ability to develop strategies in a hypothesis-driven approach, supported by strong analytical evidence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data, analysis, and insights clearly and logically.
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technology industry trends.
