Service Advisor

We're on the lookout for a proactive Service Advisor to become the trusted first point of contact for our Asset Operations customers. You’ll be the link that keeps our Fleet Maintenance Workshop running like a well-oiled machine. From scheduling and prioritising vehicle services to triaging customer enquiries, managing work orders, and keeping parts inventory in check.

 

 

Your Role in Action  

 

 

  • Be the first point of contact for Asset Operations customers, managing service bookings, updates, and enquiries.
  • Triage and respond to customer complaints and requests with professionalism and urgency.
  • Coordinate service appointments and support the creation of efficient work schedules and fortnightly plans.
  • Collaborate with workshop teams and Team Coordinators to optimise service delivery and workflow.
  • Open and manage work orders, prepare detailed Work Packs, and ensure all job documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain inventory by ordering parts, liaising with suppliers, and managing purchasing transactions.
  • Keep systems updated with accurate records, including service notes and scanned documentation in Volt.
  • Assist with general admin tasks including PPE/stationery orders, training/travel bookings, and onboarding support.

 

 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

 

  • Prior experience in service advisory, administration, or coordination within a fleet maintenance, automotive, or mechanical workshop setting.
  • Solid understanding of vehicle servicing processes, compliance standards, manufacturer warranties, and Australian consumer law.
  • Familiarity with fleet maintenance operations, including work order management, parts sourcing, and inventory control.
  • Confident using fleet management or maintenance scheduling systems to support daily operations.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail in document handling and data entry.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with workshop teams, suppliers, and client
