Sourcing Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, forward-thinking Sourcing Specialist to take charge of a new permanent opportunity in our Network Construction & Maintenance Portfolio. You’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering sourcing strategies, crafting high-value contracts, and ensuring smooth handovers at award stage. Your mission? Maximise value, minimise risk, and make every commercial agreement count.

Your Role in Action  

• Drive end-to-end sourcing - deliver smart, strategic outcomes that boost business value.
• Own the sourcing process - from strategy and market engagement to negotiation and contract execution.
• Unlock savings - bring a sharp eye for cost-cutting opportunities and turn them into measurable wins.
• Keep data sharp and systems humming - manage sourcing info and e-procurement tools like a pro.
• Spot the gaps, lead the change - find efficiencies and improvements that make a real difference.
• Champion commercial thinking - ensure every contract is backed by strong governance and sound strategy.
• Take control of contracts - manage legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Shape the future supply chain - help define and drive a resilient, forward-thinking strategy.

• Experience managing tenders and procurement processes with confidence and clarity.
• A solid grasp of risk and compliance - knowing how to protect the business while keeping things moving.

• Skilled at the negotiation table - finding common ground while securing the best deal.
• Knowledge of key legal frameworks, including Contract Law, Construction Law, and Australian Consumer Law.
