We are seeking a permanent, full-time Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Early Careers based in our Perth office, to lead recruitment for our upcoming intakes. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment for four major intakes, shaping our talent pipeline, enhancing our employer brand, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in building the careers of our future workforce while helping Western Power attract, select, and nurture diverse talent - making a tangible impact on both the business and the candidates’ experience.
Your role in action
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for four early careers intakes, building a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline
- Design and deliver engaging, inclusive recruitment content and assessment centres
- Drive screening processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and equity
- Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs and inclusive talent goals
- Champion an outstanding candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand through equitable and inclusive recruitment practices
