Talent Acquisition Business Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts across a range of white-collar and grey-collar positions. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for up to 30 vacancies simultaneously, utilising Success Factors to streamline and enhance our hiring practices. Collaborating with stakeholders at various levels, you’ll ensure an efficient, effective, and engaging recruitment experience.
Your Role in Action
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of white-collar and grey-collar roles.
- Consult with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Use Success Factors to manage the recruitment process efficiently, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes to boost efficiency and improve candidate experience.
- Demonstrate strong organisational abilities to manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience: Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, with experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Success Factors or similar recruitment systems.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
