Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month, full-time, maximum term contract. You’ll help make the recruitment journey smooth and positive for both candidates and hiring managers. If you're all about people and purpose - we want to hear from you!
Your Role in Action
- Manage the recruitment mailbox and provide timely support to candidate and hiring leader enquiries.
- Allocation of requisitions and liaising with cross functional teams on IT / systems issues.
- Post and edit job advertisements, schedule interviews, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place.
- Engage consistently with internal and external candidates to deliver a high-quality and timely onboarding experience.
- Maintain real-time accuracy of systems and all trackers, as well as filing all onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate all pre-employment checks, medicals, and associated onboarding documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts and create new employee records accurately and on time.
- Ensure all new hire information is complete, accurate, and compliant to support a smooth onboarding experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High energy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Previous experience supporting a fast-paced Talent Acquisition or HR team is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition / Mobilisation best practice.
- Familiarity of recruitment systems and reporting metrics is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics subjects.
