Talent Acquisition Team Leader | Permanent, Full-time | Perth CBD

 

As our Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you'll lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional recruitment outcomes across the business. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll provide hands-on leadership to our Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Coordinators, driving performance through clear direction, meaningful coaching and regular feedback.

 

This role will work alongside our existing Talent Acquisition Team Leader, providing additional capability and support to strengthen our recruitment area.

 

About the Role

 

You'll lead the operational delivery of recruitment across the business, keeping the team focused, engaged and achieving results. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll translate strategy into action by coaching your team, removing barriers, driving continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Drive recruitment performance by managing priorities, workloads and service delivery.
  • Provide day-to-day operational leadership across end-to-end recruitment.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver efficient, business-focused hiring outcomes.
  • Improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Use recruitment data and insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex recruitment matters while ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.

 

About You

 

You'll be an experienced people leader, who enjoys leading teams, improving operational performance and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

 

You'll bring:

 

  • Experience leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition or Recruitment team.
  • Strong operational leadership with a focus on driving team performance.
  • Proven success managing recruitment across multiple business areas.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated coaching and people development experience.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to use recruitment metrics to improve outcomes.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and a passion for delivering exceptional hiring experiences.
