Administrative Assistant – Permanent Full Time / South Metro Depot
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administration professional to partner our Head of Function in the Operational Maintenance. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting with excellent exposure to senior leadership. The role will provide autonomy, taking ownership of meeting, travel, diary, meeting and inbox management for the Head of Function. Based at our brand-new state-of-the-art South Metro Depot in Forrestdale, with hybrid work opportunities to work from home and our Perth office. Mondays are on-site at the South Metro Deport to support weekly leadership meetings.
Your Role in Action
- Provide timely diary management support to the Head of Function
- Manage and organise meetings and functions
- Financial management including raising purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliations.
- Coordinate and arrange travel bookings for employees to achieve maximum cost efficiencies.
- Provide effective support in the preparation of cyclical and other business reporting requirements.
- Provide support at a fast pace whilst managing conflicting priorities.
- Support the day-to-day delivery of projects through provision of administrative activities.
- Act as Functional Records Officer and maintain accuracy of filing systems.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 4+ years demonstrable, effective administrative, organisational, prioritising, planning, and coordinating skills
- Strong knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management gained through supporting large workforces
- Advanced level of experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
- Able to deliver high quality, professional, customer focused administrative services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate activities across a large and /or geographically diverse workforce with excellent prioritisation skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

This role is offering a base salary of $93,243 per annum plus 13.5% superannuation.
