We are seeking Expressions of Interest for three (3) exciting opportunities within the Customer Connections Team, based at our South Metro Depot in Forrestdale. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Western Power serves its customers while upholding our core values.

Positions Available
1. Project Coordinator
Provide effective project management support of Western Power’s distribution-based program of work, ensuring commercial, safety, cost, efficiencies, timeliness, quality and scope expectations of the customer are managed.

2. Senior Project Delivery Specialist
To ensure efficient and effective customer outcomes, this role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Western Power customer projects from application to construction.

- Practical project planning and coordination, efficiently managing dependencies including the oversight on construction scheduling and seamless subcontractor coordination.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences including construction teams.
- Establish and maintain robust project reporting and governance frameworks.
- Build strong customer relationships and proactively manage expectations.
- Leadership in motivating and guiding individuals’ teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- You have an understanding of construction driven tasks and activities and can talk to the detail when required.
3. Customer Coordination Team Leader
Strategically lead complex project delivery, aligning with organisational goals. Build high-performing teams through mentoring, performance management, and strong governance. Drive continuous improvement while ensuring customer satisfaction by managing enquiries, fostering relationships, and proactively addressing project challenges.
