Fleet Administrator

South Metro Depot – Forrestdal, WA, AU, 6112

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and advice to the business around fleet practices to ensure compliance with all fleet policy/guidelines and support fleet specialist work stream leaders with administration and data entry support.

 

Your Role in Action  

 

  • Contribute to improving the performance of Fleet Services business processes and customer service functions.
  • General data entry and reconciliations for the processing of FBT, fuel accounts, infringements, insurance claims and vehicle licensing as required.
  • Process requisitions for parts, materials and services.
  • Process external customer invoices.
  • Assist in management of vehicle pool booking system
  • Entry and maintenance of accurate vehicle, plant and custodian information into Ellipse
  • Assist all Fleet formal leaders with general administration support as required

 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent in English, Maths, Science and Computing.
  • At least 2 + years general office administration experience.
  • Good data entry accuracy.
  • Ellipse Experience.
  • Valid WA Driver’s License Class ‘C’ or ‘C-A’
