Metering Services Officer

We're looking for two dynamic Metering Service Officers to join our team on 6-month fixed-term contracts! As the first point of contact, you'll represent the business in all customer and service provider interactions—whether in person, over the phone, or through written communication. Your role will involve daily data entry, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring timely issue resolution or escalation to maintain our high service standards. Your Role in Action  

 

  • Interaction with internal & external stakeholders through written, telephone & face to face channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound metering calls.
  • Active team member responsibility for quality data processing.
  • Raise & process service orders.
  • Follow defined business processes.
  • Plan and implement daily and weekly allocated work.
  • Administrative support & data entry
  • Strengthening key customer relationships by providing metering data expertise.
  • Liaising with internal/external service providers to provide quality data provision & service delivery.
  • Appropriate escalation of issues & risks.

 

 What Makes You a Great Fit 

 

  • Demonstrated experience in a front-line, high volume, customer service / data processing environment.
  • Experience in high volume data entry.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of products with good general PC literacy
  • Good communication skills, both verbal & written
